So ive been using OBS for a month already, im recording games on my TV because i dont own a PC Monitor. Its display is 1360x768 and im recording with 50000 bit rate but still im getting that blurry effect somehow. So the question is:
Is my blurry effect showing because im rendering in 1920x1080 60p?
Can i somehow make it clear and record in 1920x1080 without owning that monitor?

How do you render in 1080p, when your only monitor has 768p resolution?
To be honest, it's hard to understand the circumstances and the problem.

Well i drag recorded file to sony vegas and after i finish editing i just render it in 1920x1080 without any problems even tho recorded file is 1360x768 but graphic is blurry so i guess its not sharp because of that or is it because of TV im using?

Ah ok.
How blurry is you original 1360x768 recording compared to the upscaled 1920x1080 footage that Sony Vegas has rendered?

It won't get sharper then the original footage and it's possible, that the upscaling from 1360x768 to 1920x1080 in Vegas makes it worse (especially if you left resampling enabled for your video source).

In Sony Vegas you need to make sure that your project settings and "render as" settings both have the correct framerate (equal to your source video footage) and right click on your clip, then open properties and make sure re-sampling is deactivated.

Well recording isnt blurry at all. Let me try that and i will leave you link to video in edit here
I have done some changes but i cant see anything different, take a look

Render 1360x768: https://youtu.be/6dBOidxFqEc
Render 1920x1080: https://youtu.be/qU3COdCkUhM

Screenshot before rendering: https://ibb.co/c5hNrm
Screenshot after rendering: https://ibb.co/kfefcR

Im not even sure is this supposed to be like this, but when i compare my videos to other guys like "MilosHD" His videos are in much better quality than mine

It's easy to explain. If you record in 1360x768 and upscale to 1920x1080 with a video editor, you inflate a horizontal line from 1360 pixel to 1920 pixel. That's 560 more pixels. From where should these pixels come from? They are computed from neighbored pixels during upscaling. This process makes the picuture somewhat blurry. You cannot change this - the missing graphics information that would make the image sharp at the higher resolution is simply not there. If you want a sharp 1920x1080 video, your game has to render its graphics with a 1920x1080 resolution, and you have to record this resolution. In your case this is probably not possible until you get a TV that accepts 1920x1080 as input.

The better option than upscaling the video file is to keep the original resolution (1360x768) and let the video player application do the upscaling during play.

Depending on your TV, it may also be possible to feed the monitor with 1920x1080 and the TV downscales this to 1360x760 internally. In this case you should be able to record in 1920x1080 just as if you have a native 1920x1080 TV.

In the screenshot comparison, you can see, that the sharpness is slightly better, before rendering (maybe change your sony vegas quality settings).

Now for the linked youtube video.
In the beginning, you can see a massive lack of bitrate (many compression artifacts), but as soon as you stood still the video looks as sharp as it should be with 1360x768, because in that moment, the low bitrate is enough.

Increase Bitrate a lot, maybe post your log file, so we can see, if you encoding settings could be improved as well.

Thats what i just did, thank you

Edit: Looks like youtube lowers its quality and it looks blurry again even tho rendering is sharp
