Question / Help Quality of local recording

Hi there, I've been using OBS studio for a wee while now and I am very happy with what the software provides, However I just really cant seem to get the hang of high quality local recording. I have used software in the past which outputs a file that essentially is indistinguishable from actually using my computer. Yet I cannot seem to achieve this in OBS, it always comes out a bit blurry.

I have tried that but it still doesn't seem to improve anything. It is definitely usable but lacks some clarity

Best Quality is lossless. Activate ist using
qp=0 preset=ultrafast
in x264 custom settings.
if your editing software can't handle the 444 profile use qp=1 instead of qp=0
then you don't have lossless, but very close. adobe cc2014 and up can handle 444 profile

keep in mind that lossless is taking very mutch space (around 2GB/minute), also you need to have a fast hdd.
i would recommend raid0 for recording.
