Question / Help Quality of live stream phone vs DSLR

Hello

I will be broadcasting live a football game on Facebook and I have 3 choices:

1. Via phone
2. Via DSLR & OBS with USB cable
3. Via DSLR & OBS with HDMI & Elgato to USB cable

Taking into consideration that this will be a Facebook live stream so a max of 30fps, which method do you suggest and why?
