Quality is so bad

Hello, i just buy a new computer and i want to make videos but the video quality is really bad can someone help to fix it?
Here is my settings:

My specifications: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super 4Gb
8x Amd Ryzen 5 1500x Quad-Core Processor

Don't downscale. Set your Output resolution to 1440p, same as your Canvas.
Use the Quality preset, not Max Quality.
Set your CQP level to 16 instead of 20.
DON'T record to MP4 or MOV, EVER. It is NOT a recording-safe format.

Post a logfile from a recording session then. There's no way if it's set correctly that the recording would look like that.

It may be the OP is playing the game in some low resolution fullscreen (such as 1280x720 or the typical lowcost laptop resolution of 1366x768), then OBS is upscaling this to the given base resolution of 2560x1440, then downscaling for output to 1920x1080.
