I've been streaming for a little over a year. I stay in an apartment at my university so I use that internet, which is rather fast. However, in the fall suddenly I was dropping a lot of frames, and my stream would stop completely even. I was originally using the Chicago server as that was the closest to me. Then started using Toronto. Then the other day the quality went to 0 for Toronto as well. With other servers they're generally okay. The connection is slower, but I have bandwidth of 8000+kbps or even 10000+ to most all servers. Any thoughts on what the issue could be?
