Quality dropping randomly while recording

Idk why but the quality sometimes randomly drops and then back to normal. it's very annoying, does anyone know to fix it?

This is how the encoder works in control modes with limited bitrate. Try switching to CQP (CRF for x264), the default value. This is a constant quality mode. A lower value means better quality, but a larger file size. And vice versa.
