Quality drop when using multiple cameras.

When I record videos and have two different camera angles, when I zoom/crop each feed when post editing my video, the quality drops. I have OBS set to record at 4K and bounce out at 1080p, but I'm still getting that quality drop. When I use one camera (for when I'm talking directly to it), it records fine.

Is there something real simple I'm missing?
