Hello dear friends, I have problem with qualit of video..
in the live (on Twitch), my video does not have diferents 'qualits'

EXAMPLE:

Setings in OBS:

My internet is very good (for Brazil lol) 20MB DOWN / UP

My pc specs:
cpu i5-7600
mobo: asus strix b250f gamming
grapic cards: 1050 ti asus strix.
memory: ddr4 8gb 2133

is it only controlled by users? in my twitch only appears the option of 720P

It depends of your amount of viewers. If you have constant more than 10 Viewers, the viewer get the option to setup the resolution of your stream, unless they can only watch in the "Source" quality
