Every time I try to launch obs 28.1.2 I get this error message called obs64 and it's telling me it ailed to start cause no Qt platform plugin could be inialized. it said to restall it but i did that and it still showing up. Under it said Available platform pulgins are: windows. please tell me how to fix this. I'm using windows 8.1
