I am testing OBS for streaming purposes on the same mini pc (Atom X5) platform. With Win10 I get a choice to use QSV h/w encoder which works great and cuts the cpu load greatly. With OBS Ubuntu, QSV is not a choice, only s/w. With s/w h264 encoding all 4 cores are at 100% and the stream eventually fails. Any suggestion as to how to get QSV h/w encoding working?
