QSV Starting the output failed

NOTE: i must record in 240 fps or i can make what i want
i was recording with 240 fps before now i tried to record with qsv because my pc is weak

but it didnt work

Firstly you should always run OBS as Admin
Turn OFF Game DVR

Though in all honesty, looking at your specs, I doubt there's enough power to push those framerates, especially when using QSV.
