I can't seem to start streaming with QSV. I know that I've enabled my onboard graphics in my bios because I can actually select QSV, as well as my computer detects my intel UHD Graphics 630 in my task manager performance tab. I've even tried hooking a physical monitor up to the HDMI onboard port on my mobo and displaying an extra desktop screen on the monitor, and I still have the same problem.
Does anybody have any idea? I'll try basically anything at this point.
