Hi there, I hope you are doing fine.
I am encountering a strange problem. On my Win 11 22H2 PC, I have an ARC A380 and 2x RTX 3090s. I bought A380 specifically for AV1 HW encoding, and once OBS 29.0.2 was released, it recognized QuickSync AV1 immediatelly and was working fine in all apps (OBS, Handbrake, Topaz Video AI, Davinci Resolve Studio, Filmora). I was rendering with CUDA every app, but exporting video with AV1 all the time. It was working flawlessly in any case until the recent format.
Now, I formatted my PC and installed everything again from scratch, but strangely OBS doesn't show up QuickSync AV1 option, as it normally does with NVENC/QuickSync H264/H265. On the contrary, the above-mentioned apps, continue to have AV1 working fine in any case, except from OBS. This happens with either iGPU UHD 770 On or OFF from BIOS.
I've tried to install/re-install Intel ARC drivers (4369 stable & 4499 beta) without any luck, OBS still insists not to show any QSV AV1 option in Settings (Simple & Advanced-Recording menu).
I am attaching a log file and the obs-qsv-test.exe output as well.
The PC setup is exactly the same as it was before the OS format, and the only change is the latest Inter ARC drivers, although I remember that I had stable .4369 with OBS 29.0.2+ running with QSV AV1 normally (just before formatting).
Maybe something is missing/broke from an old working ARC driver that, now in the latest ones, didn't carry over with the fresh installs.
Tried also to install OBS 29.0.2 / 29.1.1 but no luck either!
Please help me, it's driving me crazy for days to find a solution!
