Python Install Path? - Mac

Hi there, I am having trouble even running the url-text.py script. I believe it is because I do not have the correct Python Install Path in my Python Settings. Do any other Mac users know where this is located? I am running Python 3.8.3 but have also tried 3.6.3.

Any insight into how to get python running would be greatly appreciated.
