Puttering noise

we are streaming from a Qu24 mixer to a windows computer from mix out.
There is a puttering sound with the audio when listening to the stream which makes it irritating to listen to
Ir would appear to be apparent at all times ! I have tried using the filters thru Obs but the interference is there all the time
Any thoughts on this?
