Question / Help Put out Multiple Sized Streams for Azure?

What I figured out Azure had I have 2 Option to get different Size of the Image:
https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/media-services/
1: Stream the different Size
2: run it truth Azure and pay a lot for

So can OBS put out the different Size for the Stream?
