Push to talk not working

I have just reinstalled OBS after reinstalling windows, and for some reason, whenever I press my push to talk key along with Shift, Alt, or control keys while playing, obs doesn't detect my push to talk key which leads to not recording my voice on stream or video records, is there anything I can do about this? I am using the newest version, 28.0.0, by the way.

Is there any solution yet? I have this problem with 28.0.3 version. If i press any of those mentioned keys while talking with push to talk it cuts off push to talk
