Question / Help Push to Talk/Mute

I'm trying to get PTT working. I'm running OBS as administrator and I can get push to mute/talk working for desktop sound. With voice audio, when PTT is checked, no mic sound comes through regardless of the disposition of the bound key.

I've also tried a few different keys, with the same result.

Any ideas?
