Pulsing audio

Good morning. One version of my problem can bet heard here:

I have clean audio coming out of our board, but by the time it hits the stream it sounds like this. (The above example is the underlying noise with no signal.) I've tried it coming in through the computer's audio port, as an audio source through a camera signal, and has audio over SDI alone. Same result in each case.

Any ideas?

We Just experience this today after many weeks of no problems

jscottsmith, were you using the Built in OBS Noise Suppression filter, our problem went away after I removed it (I probably misconfigured it).
