Question / Help PulseAudio output streams not being captured

OBS isn't capturing any audio outputs through Desktop Audio or Audio Output Capture, and, when I try to add an output, there aren't any options available to select from.

Given the error, I believe the problem is that it's not accepting multi-channel outputs, though I'm sure it's worked in the past.

For now, I've found a workaround. If I create a new audio input capture and set it to my mic, and then use pavucontrol to set that recorder to pull from my primary speakers, it will downmix to stereo and play in the stream/recordings.
