i finally found out how to stream pubg with smooth framerate i had to play in windowed mode and use display capture with obs. there used to be CFR does obs not have CFR anymore? i can finally play and have my viewers actually be able to watch i dont have to do this with any other game. it would be very helpful if obs still have cfr cause when i stream using game capture the framerate drops to under 20fps in obs where its unwatchable and i get overloaded encoder

Makes no sense, game capture should be faster/more efficient (if game resolution is the same).
Maybe you got multiple GPUs in your system (Laptop?) or you just have one GPU but SLI Mode in game_capture is aktivated or stuff like that.
Without log file, that shows the encoder overload it's hard to tell, what's going on.
