Okay, to start off, my specs are as follows:
i5-6400 2.7Ghz (Turbo boosted to 3.2)
ASUS GTX 1060 3GB with very slight overclocking using MSI Afterburner
16GB Vengeance LPX RAM at 2133Mhz
Basically, I run the game on mostly Low/Very Low just because idc about how it looks, I care about frames. OBS picks the game up just fine and my upload speed is around 20mb, so everything is fine there.
However, on Twitch, the game itself (not my webcam, just the game) appears as though it's running at a solid 6-7 fps. I'm heavily confused as to why it's doing this. Could it be because I'm using NVENC instead of x264? Because I can't use software encoding due to my not-so-strong processor running at between 80-100% when any game and OBS are running at the same time.
Hope you guys can help, I'm utterly lost.
I know, I should have probably posted this to a Twitch forum but I assume someone else here has had this issue with this game in particular.
