I got a new PC. I have an I7 7700k, 1060 gtx, and 16 gbs ram. I'm a small youtuber trying to record PUBG, but I can't get an even decent looking recording right now even with these great specs, so I don't understand at all. When I am recording, my usage data is all under 65% for all categories but I get big frame drop and choppy areas very often. I could kind of record it on my last PC, not great, but I had no frame drop issues (my last PC was an I5, 970 gtx 8 gbs ram). I'm using OBS Studio.

Here are some pictures of my current OBS settings:

I have tried display capture, window capture, and el gato capture, but I get the same frame drop every time. I've tried many alternatives online, but nothings worked so far. Any recommendations would be helpful.

Let me know if you need any more information.

With shadowplay everthing is fine.
I dont even need to start streaming, as soon as OBS is running and the game is the active window the FPS drop to 10-30.
