Question / Help PTZOptics stream issues

Got a win7 box 16gig
Nvidia video w/4 gig
PTZOptics PT20X-SDI-G2 cam

When I try to add it as a video source;
sources, +, media sources, creat new,
input= rtsp://192.168.1.20/1

I get no video. Ive seen it done on the PTZOptics channel but no love here.
I installed the PTZ plug in and that works. Just no vid :o(
Thoughts?
