Recently I acquired a Mini PTZ Conference, very good quality, I configured the image but when trying to add the plugin PTZ CONTROLLS to the control in OBS, it simply closes alone, no error message, I followed all the tutorials and manuals I found in the forum, youtube, manuals and nothing works, I updated the drivers, I tried even in another notebook I have and the same error happens, Would it be the cable? (RS485 with usb adapter), help me I've already lost hours of my life on this.
