PTZ Camera with Xbox controller error

Greetings all. I have the PTZOptics plugin installed on my system. When I open the tool I can control the cameras without any issue. When I plug in the Xbox controller to use, anytime I select a camera with the Xbox controller I get the error "Can not connect to the specific camera. Socket operation timed out."

Any clue on what I may be doing wrong?

I am getting exactly the same problem. Windows sees the controller and I can move the cursor with it.
Anybody know what is needed???

same - updated FW to latest on cameras and installed 1.3 PTZ plugin. Did anyone figure out an answer?

Spider (or anyone), were you ever able to resolve "Can not connect to the specific camera. Socket operation timed out." for your video camera in OBS?
I've got the same issue now and haven't found the resolution. Thanks,
