PTZ camera Control Erratic

I have two PTZ cameras connected to a laptop via USBs which I control via the PTZ Control plugin. Love the simplicity and convenience of the plugin but have problems with cameras intermittently not responding to Controls. In particular, cameras do not respond to a command from the controller or cameras continue motion when motion should cease. As mentioned, this lack of control is intermittent. However, presets typically function as expected although a double click is sometimes required.

I should mention I have very little to no experience with streaming and associated hardware. But when everything works as expected, all goes well. Unfortunately, when camera control fails and a camera does not respond to commands to begin or stop motion, things look badly, indeed. Anyone else having issues with this plugin?

I also have 2 PTZ cameras and have installed the control but no camera movement from the control inputs. The control is installed and docked and set up with the camera IP and TCP port. I'm using Win 11 Pro. Here is my log file. https://obsproject.com/logs/fn1LvrXpuZ09KGDz . This is my first post so let me know if this is proper posting. Panonut,

It would seem it is only you and me who are using the PTZ control plug-in as no one else but you has responded to my initial post about its erratic performance. I am still having difficulty with the plug-in, but manage to live with it - somewhat. I hope you will receive some assistance and have more success with it than I am having. :(
