"Psycho Visual Tuning" and "Look Ahead" Options Nowhere to be Found

As the title says, I cannot locate the "Psycho Visual Tuning" or "Look Ahead" options as I've seen in many screenshots. I'm running OBS 26 64-bit, in Settings > Output > Streaming tab with the NVIDIA NVENC H.264 encoder selected and Rate Control set to CBR. The two aforementioned settings just aren't there. Screenshot is below.

In case this gets resurrected at some point, Discord helped me out. These options aren't supported on Windows 7.
