So, if you want to use the AMD h.264 encoding codec you'll have to update it from here: https://github.com/Xaymar/obs-studio_amf-encoder-plugin/releases

The currently bundled version of this plugin has a bug with using Constant QP, causing it to either not start recording or crash OBS upon starting.
