PS5 recording issue stutters here and there

i recently bought elgato 4k60 pro mk2 and i wanted to record from my ps5 in 4k because the webm format is annoying and takes forever to encode...
Anyway i played GOW ragnarok and my games stutters from time to time especially when there is a lot of action now i dont know where the problem is i basically tried everything from quality to top performance and the stutter is still there no matter what.
I play in a single monitor pc and ps5 hooked both to HDMIs(dunno if thats the case maybe with the stutterings)

Anyway here is my PC specs:
CPU: i9 12900k
GPU: aorus RTX 3080 10gb
Mobo Asus Tuf Gaming Z690 plus D4
Ram: 64gb corsair vengeance rgb pro 3600mgz
PSU: MSI mpg a850GF
SSD: samsung 980 pro 2tb

P.S i tried the recommendations from Analyzer but nothing changes

Had the same problem, the solution was to change the framerate to "59.94" in 2 places within OBS, the main video settings and source>video capture device settings, then it was smooth.
