Ps5 not displaying game capture

I have my ps5 connected to a capture card (Nearstream). I created a scene for gameplay and when I select +source and pick game capture there is nothing. My device does even show up. Ps5 setting have HDMI "enable hdcp" off. Not sure how else to get video. Hdmi from ps5 to capture card IN, Hdmi from capture card out to my gaming monitor. Usb-c from capture card to laptop. I already have my Webcam and twitch chat connected. HELP! PLEASE!

Only my laptop camera and my 4k camera (one I'm using for video) are the options. No capture card cab be selected. If I select game capture from source still nothing.
