I’m having issue with my twitch from obs 64 bit. So I would do a livestream test from my ps4 to pc with Elgato hd60s and it would work perfectly fine on my twitch app on my iPhone, but for android users or if I go to safari on my iPhone to twitch my gameplay wouldn’t show but you can hear the game and my mic. I’ve been working to figure this out for the past two days and have tried everything that I’ve seen online and none of them worked. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstall obs twice.

Post a logfile from a live streaming session at least 30 seconds in length where the issue was occurring, and we can take a look. We can't tell anything from the description though.
