Question / Help PS4 stream with elgato hd60s+ lag issues

I am having major issues trying to stream on my Mac.

The specs for my Mac are;

Having followed several youtube guides I thought I would come here for help! I have included the log file for the latest stream which ended up freezing.

The gameplay is smooth until I hit either 'Start Recording' or 'Start Streaming' on OBS. Then I see a constant drop in FPS when the CPU goes to around 25% usage.

Any help at all is extremely appreciated!

Rendering lag is GPU overload.

GPU Overload Issues

Encoding lag is CPU overload. You're already at the fastest preset, so the only thing to do is reduce resolution further, or reduce other things putting load on the CPU.

Thanks for the quick reply! I will try this on the lowest Output Resolution setting available and also reduce my FPS to see if anything changes.

I am pretty clueless when it comes to understanding this.
