I'm trying to stream my PS4 on OBS but there's like a 1 second delay between the moment I press a button on the controller and the moment it happens on the screen on OBS.
Use a HDMI splitter before your capture card so you can play on a TV while also capturing via OBS. There will always be some latency involved when using a capture card, trying to play directly from the preview is not recommended.
