Question / Help PS4 Remote Play and OBS, can't capture party chat voices

I am currently using OBS to capture my pS4 remote play and then stream that through twitch, but for some reason, you cant here anyone in my playstation parties voices

When I change my output device from Headset Connected to Controller to TV or AV amplifier, I can no longer here anything in my headset. And those are the only two options

Yes, those are the options. It'd be convenient if there was a "both" option on the PS4, but there isn't. But if you send it to the controller to hear it you need to get it out of the controller physically to record or stream it. On the Xbox that's done with a hardware adapter that connects to the controller. If you're using a wireless mic connected to the wireless controller, I don't think there's any way of doing that.

My mic is wired to the controller, do you think connecting my controller directly to the ps4 would make it work?

Only if you have a wired connector to then get the audio out of your controller and into the computer running OBS.

Hey i dont know if u already solved this problem but what I did is just create another psn acc. Then I logged that account into remote play and Joined the party where I was at. Then with my main acc I muted that acc so I wouldnt hear myself double in the audio and yea now you‘ll be able to hear the game and party chat in the stream
