PS4 Pro + Avermedia LGX + OBS -- Instant Lag, and Sound issues

I've connected my PS4 to my Game capture card for the first time, and everything seems to just lag, and freeze constantly.
I've tried multiple things, but to no avail. Seems i'm the only person in existence to experience this.
