I have an Elgato HD60 capture and I've recently switched to OBS Studio from xsplit. I have ever thing setup the way I need it except for one thing. I want OBS Studio to pick up my party chat so my stream can hear what's being said between us.
On the PS4 under "Devices" I have switched the output to tv and have my headset set as the input. OBS picks up the game sound and party chat but I can't hear what's being said. Then I tried switch to my headset plugged into my PC. I can hear the music I have playing but no party chat. If I plug my headset into my controller as I normally do if I wanna party chat, OBS doesn't pick up any sound, game or otherwise.
When I was using xsplit all I had to do was switch the input and output under devices as mentioned above and use the headset plugged into my pc. It was just that simple.
So does anyone have a work around for this?
