Hello so right now I stream at 720p30 and I'm told it looks alright but I feel like I'm losing quality, My PC isn't the best when it comes to CPU or GPU but it does what it's supposed to, so I was wondering if there is any recommended settings that you can tell me that will help if you want to look at the quality of my streams, the only way is my past broadcasts at twitch.tv/iamgroddyt

PC Specs:
i5 4590T
NVIDIA GPU 2GB (basically a 890M)
16GB RAM

You have 1 core parked:
12:20:51.446: CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590T CPU @ 2.00GHz
12:20:51.446: CPU Speed: 1995MHz
12:20:51.446: Physical Cores: 3, Logical Cores: 3

http://ark.intel.com/es-es/products/78928/Intel-Core-i5-4590T-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_00-GHz --> 4 cores, not 3.

Use this tool to unpark it

You are running OBS 32 bits. Copy shortcut, edit and hook it to 64 bits binary.

3500kbps bitrate: you can try 1280x720x60fps

Downscale filter: try bicubic (although you use same base and rescaled resolution I think this would give less pixelation)

As your present results are good, duplicate profile and test variations in new copy until you find a better result.
