Question / Help PS4 and El Gato -- can't capture/hear game audio/mic

Hello,
I added the mic and the el gato in OBS Studio, but I cannot hear either one in OBS or when I try to stream.
I see movement in the audio mixer for the capture device and mic though.
Sorry, I am probably missing something basic.
