Properties 'Video Capture Device'

When I go to the Properties for the Video Capture Device and I click on [Configure Video] I only see 2 tabs:
- Video Proc Amp
- Video Image
Normally there must be a third tab = Video Decoder.
Where has this gone??

Device = Gembird USB UVG-002 Videograbber

The button you have clicked in OBS just launches a piece of code from the OS and the driver (OS is responsible for what is shown in the next window). You, as a user, can install device drivers from the manufacturer of the device (these drivers may has additional features that you need, so missing tab may appear).
