Properties of Webcams

From within OBS you can control the properties of some cameras. In my case a Logitech C930e. I was wondering if the code to do this was with the OBS software or is a some kind of external DLL call. If it is within the OBS code itself could someone point me to that section of code.

I was thinking of maybe creating a plugin or independant device to control the Zoom, Pan and Tilt with either a mouse or some other hardware device. Attached is a picture of the dialog I'm talking about.

The property page of directshow device is provided by external dll .
In this case, this device support a standard directshow interface called ICameraControl

Thanks for the quick reply. Can you tell me the name and path of the DLL file on a Windows 8 install.
