Hi,
For some time my OBS has been very sluggish and doesn't load my video capture devices fast, sometimes never unless I reboot OBS or my PC.
I have found that when I click to edit properties of video capture it freezes up completely for a few minutes. After waiting it works but if I go to video capture devices again it freezes.
I did have plugins, multiple scenes and sources but removed and uninstalled everything I could, but the issue still happens. Hopefully, it will make finding an issue easier having very little installed.
