Question / Help Projector Mod to Second PC Capture Card

I will setup 12 PC (I named it Front-End Point) with FaceCam, to capture game screen and player as:
1. Scene 1 - PIP Game Screen with FaceCam (Can be switch to FaceCam or GameScreen only) -> Projector Mode to Workstation PC via HDMI capture card
2. Scene 2 - Game Screen and Custom Footage / Player Detail, Switch by hotkey -> Projector Mode to Monitor

Workstation PC
Stream to Twitch or others, switch to Caster / 12 Front-End Point / Cameraman or Other source.

Also is it possible that any remote command can switch all OBS scene from host?
