Projecting from OBS while streaming

I'm needing to figure out how to use videos in OBS while streaming but also show them on a room monitor. I'm thinking a large TV setup that's showing the broadcast in real-time as opposed to the 20sec delay I have for the stream. But they need to see the broadcast, not my screen. Suggestions on how to do that?

Connect HDMI from your OBS PC to a TV.
Select Fullscreen Projector (the tv should appear as an option), *use the HDMI* to send out the feed to the TV.
