Question / Help Programm Output via Blackmagic Decklink Duo 2

Hello I use a Decklink Duo 2 and want to send the Output to an SDI-Port of this Card, like it should work since Version 23. Unfortunately I did not get any output from the device. The Window "Decklink Output" stay emty like shonw below.

Can anybody help?

The inputs of the Decklink-Card works without Problems.

Well have u set RGB mode? In settings says nv12, so no.

I found it -- and I found the Message at the bottom of my empty Decklink-Output window. Unfortunately even with the setting to RGB didn't change anything :-(

Time to shoot the computer and demand it start doing what you want it to do. I dont have the quad card, but on other devices from black magic, i've had some driver issues. But you're also doing the same mistakes as everyone else, not running as admin, game mode on, and whats up with 50 fps setting? use 30 or 60, forget everything else. Also you're missing some windows updates, not that it should matter, but try to stay current as new updates next month should fix some issues. Or perhaps they'll get postponed now, probably. Still, update what u can.
