I'm new here and I don't know, wether my suggestion is already proposed. If yes, I'm sorry ...
If one change the settings, still the same profile name is given (on the top bar, as well as under profiles).
This is confusing, because actually it isn't any longer that named profile.
Especially when you reopen OBS, you still see the same profile name, even so it was changed...
I may remember the change I made tomorrow, but not in 3 weeks.
I think, as soon as a profile (settings) is changed it should get automatically a new name (like "unnamed") or something like
"[existing profile name] modified" or the name simply turn into red.
