Profile Import / Export is Blank

I'm trying to export my profile from my desktop to my laptop so I can stream on the go. I exported my profile from my desktop, but when I imported it on my laptop, nothing changed. I was still looking at the blank Scenes and Sources page of a fresh download.

You also need to export the Scene Collection to import it on the other computer, and replicate every file you added to the scenes like images, videos, etc., with the same path as the original.

Update: I tried going from the laptop back to the desktop so they both had my new scenes, and it refused to import my Scene Collection. The Profile imported just fine. I thought maybe it was because of something I'd installed or added to a scene, so I reinstalled OBS and tried again. It's still refusing to import my scenes, so now I have nothing on my desktop. Am I missing something again?

If the OBS version on the laptop is 31 and the other is a previous OBS version, indeed it will refuse to import due to differences on how the new version creates scene collections.
So, recreate the same thing on the old version or update it to 31 and then import the scene collection.

The first log file says it's 30.2.3 and the other 31

It could be that something corrupted the file at the time of exporting it.

It's strange isn't working. I tried it with a portable installation of OBS (on same computer) and it was imported without issues.
Try running OBS in admin mode, in case it needs elevated permissions.
Try copying the folder and paste it on the other computer. The path is %appdata%\obs-studio\basic\
Inside this path you can see both folders for the profiles and scenes. Just copy and then paste it on the other computer, same path in there.

You have installed the streamelements plugins which changes things on OBS. Completely remove it or contact their support. This plugin always breaks OBS.
Also, most antivirus software are too intrusive and causes more issues than help, if not act like a malware. As far as you have good behavior online you don't need anything else than the microsoft antivirus and firewall.

maybe I am not understanding but how exactly do you copy and paste something from one device to another?
