Can someone explain to me in what reason use the profile high144p?
is the only one here i can record re4 uhd with no lag but when i try to stop the record it bugs and i need to close obs in task manager and stream simply dont start, when i hit the button shows 0 kbps.
Anyone can explain?

You will never use high444p profile, with the tiny exception you record lossless footage that resembles 1:1 the original. Combined with UHD it creates the ultimate resource demand on your machine, so I assume OBS just chokes on it and simply does nothing.

If you have recording lags, limit the fps of your game and tune down recording fps and recording resolution until the lag is gone.
