Hey guys,
I hope you can help me with my little problem. First of all: I'm using OBS Studio for my streams on YouTube.
My first Problem: I can stream without any problem in 720p/30fps. If I scale up the resolution to 1080p/30fps, my stream get framedrops. Btw I have a 100k internetconnection (LAN) with 5 Mbit/s for the upload. My computer has an i7-4790k and a GTX970. So I don´t know where the problem is. Yesterday I wanted to stream in 1080p/60fps. My Bitrate was set at 4500 and I used the cpu usage preset faster, because my cpu has to be stable. Ingame is everything good, but in the stream it was horrible. It does not run smoothly, freeze frame, framedrops and so on. Another setting was the keyframeinterval on 2. It was recommend from Google/YouTube. It didn´t work. So I set it back to 0. The same problem again. In the next test I set the resolution down to 720p/30fps and the bitrate to 3500. Everything was perfect. Stream and ingame. The next test was with 1080p/30fps and Bitrate of 3500. Horrible again. Freezed and framedrops. The gameplay on my computer was perfect at every time.
My second problem are the alerts. On twitch every alert is working perfectly like on other streams on youtube. My possibility is to use the alerts of streamlabs (old: twitchalerts) and tipeeestream. I´d put the links for the alerts in the browsersource correctly. The test alerts are working, but not the alerts in the reality. Are they didn´t work, because my youtube channel is with 13k subscriber to big?
My last problem is the nightbot. I connected it with my YouTube account and aktivated it as a mod in the chat. The nightbot is listed as a mod but doesn't work in the chat. Neither at default nor at custom comments.
So these are my problems which I have with OBS Studio since two days. I hope somebody from the community can help me.
Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it :)
