Problems with sound interface

Hello!
I´ve been using my Akai EIE Pro interfaxce for month with OBS but since yesterday, when I tried to transmit a Facebook Live, OBS simply doesn´t recognize it´s sound. It appears on the list of audio devices, but when I choose it the sound simply doens´t come, also with no sign on the VU meter. I´ve already uninstalled OBS twice and the problem persists. All the other softwares I use with this interface are working normally, only with OBS I´m having this problem. OBS is also not recognizing my camera mic the same way (it appears as an option but sound doesn´r come).

hello bud.. I'm not able to help you but I just want you to know that I'm having a similar problem... i'm using a Behringer UMC202HD audio interface and up until around 2-3 weeks ago it was working absolutely fine! my video will stream all day but now i'm lucky if i get 20mins of audio? so when im streaming my Radio show nobody can hear anything.. the only resolve is to disconnect and re-boot but that last a few mins before cutting out again? have you tried uploading your log report? i use an AMD machine? from what i've read it sounds like it requires more steps to set up for optimal performance? sorry I can't help ya but your not alone with audio interface issues? should you find a solution please let me know? i'm currently going mad trying to figure it out.. take care bud....

Thanks Zeke. The problrm is that I also tried with another interface - my Yamaha MG10XUF - and I had the same issue. I´ve already uninstalled OBS three times and when I intall it again it comes with the same problem. Anyway... still trying.

Hi all...i'm curious as to whether you have managed to resolve this? I am having issues with the audio in a similar way and desperately seeking an answer
